The long-awaited ICEF Berlin 2022 workshop has finally kicked off. Really and truly it started off yesterday with a full day of seminars and talks, but for us, it kicks off today (as we had a late arrival). Despite a two-year gap the atmosphere is exactly how we had left it...fun, bubbly, full of energy and bustling with enthusiasm. 

These are the elements that we all missed during the pandemic, and a sense of normality has never felt so good. Seeing friendly faces, making new connections, running into people who we've only spoken to over zoom and video call for the past 24 months...this is what makes ICEF Berlin so special.

Walking into the Intercontinental this morning also felt bitter-sweet, especially in knowing that there will also be missing faces this year. People whose activity closed down and have moved on to something new, as well as people who just did not make it to this point.

Needless to say, ICEF Berlin is alway full of emotions and we cant wait to share the rest of them with you throught these two days.
